Welcome to my site. I'm so happy that you found us.

My intentions for my site is to give you ideas of things you can do together as a family. Although, many ideas here you can take and use for craft shows, times of boredom and family events. No matter what you need ideas for, I hope you browse around here and find what you are looking for. If you are looking for something special, I welcome a request for it. I am always looking for new ideas.

A little bit about myself. I am a previous restaurant owner. I had been in the restaurant business for about twenty years when I made a choice to get out of it. I think this fact alone tells you that I am deffinately a people person. I love to be around people no matter what your age.

I do have a quirky, silly side to me that comes out often. I don't think I will ever grow up! Because of that, I have decided to share some of the things that I have either done, seen, or experienced in my life that I feel will make you smile and is worth experiencing. At least in my eyes! I want to SHARE THE FUN.

As you will eventually notice if you are going through the pages of my site, I am from Minnesota and enjoy it to the fullest. This is the place I am also trying to share with you. I bring you different attractions and events that you will not find anywhere else. We are a whole different breed of people up here and I love it that way. In the restaurant, I would constantly hear from the tourists how friendly people are up here. I used to be surprised by this comment. I guess I just took it for granted how wonderful I have it. People up here really are awesome.

Anyway, in short, I am working on this website on a regular basis because I love to do it. I hope you get as much enjoyment out of it as I do creating it.

And, yup, I kinda do have that Minnesotan accent. At least that's what they tell me. Here, I always thought it was the swedish accent coming from my Grandpa. Do I eat lutefisk? YOU BETCHA!
