This Is A Hamburger Patties Recipe That Will Make Your Mouth Water
Here is what you will need for this hamburger patties recipe.
- 2# hamburger
- 1 pkg. dry lipton onion soup mix
- 1 egg
- squirt of ketchup (about 1/4 cup)
Mix all ingredients.
Patty to desired size.
Broil, bake, pan fry, or grill to desired doneness.
Note: These are excellent baked in the oven, then pour pre-made
gravy over the top. Now we have Salisbury Steak.
Another Note: Roll into balls of desired size and bake. Serve
with gravy if you like. Most excellent Meatballs.
