Minnesota Dogsledding.....Makes For An Awesome Winter VacationAre you looking for a vacation that is adventurous and out of the ordinary? Minnesota dogsledding is the answer. Dogsledding in the Ely, Minnesota area is not only adventurous, but the scenery is breathtaking. You have a choice from a large variety of packages. Do you want to winter camp or stay in a cabin? Do you want to go for 3 days or 10 days? Is this a business trip or a family trip? Their is something for everybody. No experience needed. You will learn the ropes. From feeding the dogs to harnessing them up to dog mushing. This is an experience to be enjoyed by all age groups. This is probably one of the few activities in Northern Minnesota that I have not personally tried myself. However, I have talked to vacationing people whom had just come from a dogsledding outing. They couldn't say enough about it. They were so impressed with all the hands on activities that they were sure they would be back to do it again. Their are a few locations in the Ely area to participate in dogsledding activities. Wintergreen Dogsled Lodge comes with high recomendations. You've got to check out Minnesota dogsledding if you're looking for something a little on the wild side and out of the ordinary. This would be a great alternative or add-on to a ski vacation in Northern Minnesota.
